may rate MS, but the obverse stain renders it non collectable, i.e. a spender

MS65 If that stain lightens significantly after an acetone soak. That is also granted the hair doesn't have any wear, which is hard to tell from the photos.

***EDIT***
I just noticed your other post with all the coins in one photo. I revise my grade to MS64 if you are lucky. There is definitely wear on the hair.
