Is this the standard proof set, or the silver?

This is the standard clad set. The silver set will not come out until sometime in May

Just a suggestion, but you may want to wait until May and order the silver proof set. It isn't that much more expensive and it sure looks a lot better in silver.

I usually order both the clad and the silver sets each year both is available. I have my sets starting with 1970 all the way to 2005 and just ordered the 2006. I started with 1970 because that was the year I was born, I still think my favorite set thus far is the 1976 set with the bicentineal coins in it (just so happens thats the year my wife was born also) I actually have 2 from 1976 one with all the coins and one with just the silver bicentinial coins which was the hardest one to find. Of course after I finally found one, ebay is littered with the 3 peice sets 2006-Proof-Set-Is-Now-Available I do have other proof and mint sets from various years other than these but thats the main starting point where I tried to get them all from each year

I forgot I do need 1 set from 1971 its the one that doesn't have the 5c peice in it. It has become a nearly impossible task to find this one. I also dont have any of the other ridiculously priced sets except the type 1 and type 2 sets from 1979 and 1981
