Hi,
I was wondering if anyone could help grade this bank note for me. I'm relatively new at this but my guess is somewhere between VF - EF.

Any hints and tips on grading would really be appreciated.

From the looks of it, especially regarding the white areas, I would have to agree with you. How crisp is it?

I don't know yet, I recently won it on ebay for $30.00 US (Approx $38.00 Canadian). I'm trying to see if I overpaid for the note.

If it's fairly crispy, I'd say you got a good deal; that's a little lower than the price they go for around here.
