Kidding aside you look to be at the au/bu line and it's hard to tell if it has any wear under that color. The left side obverse looks like a chemical wipe on the left side or something that toned the coin. My guess is it is almost uncirculated. Note the huge die crack on the reverse that goes around most of the devices at the perimeter.

AU55, probably straight grade although I personally suspect this may be retoning over an old cleaning.

Nice die cracks on the reverse!

there are lot of field scratches on the obverse under that toning. I suspect a coin that was improperly stored, cleaned and re-toned.
AU55 sounds right however tough call on a straight grade
