Yes, Date serial numbers can be cool which are usually combinations of digits representing a birthday, death, anniversary, often special holidays, or important memorial day or event, even something like 09/11/2001, 07/04/1776 is possible.
These serial numbers are special types not really fancy and generally have no set pricing for their value. Maybe they will be of high demand and value if you find the right person/collector who is looking for a specific date like the anniversary/birthdays but to others of course those dates have no demand or value. It also appears its possible to even make a few hundred or possibly even a thousand if its something like 09112001 or 07041776 on a note.

Also sometimes you will find a date you would have to do some digging to see what happened on that date or whos birthday/death was on that date besides the normal collectors who are looking for their own etc (they can be date notes not just birthday). Example:
