Looks like a fairly decent original circulated example. Even if it's been cleaned, or not, this coin usually sells for $20-$30 in copper dealer "pick" boxes at shows. I don't know if it's been cleaned or not, but I don't see any other major defects. I should probably choose my words better to avoid confusion since "original" might imply that it hasn't been cleaned.
