2002 P Louisiana Quarter Error - Coin Community Forum

I have a 2002 p Louisiana quarter with what seems like a clad issue but it looks different from the clad issues I can find. The weight is 5.32 as well so it's well short of the usual weight. So I am not sure what is going on. Lastly the side is nearly solid copper looking. Improperly annealed maybe? I'm stumped. What do you all think? Report this Post to the Staff
