In my opinion it is graded accurately. I believe, it's one of the very best Buffalo nickels I've ever seen in my many years in the hobby, both as a collector and a dealer. We had a few close guesses even a 68+ only it's proof not a business strike, and it's a satin finish. (paralyse I agree with you on it as well), I dare say anyone would be hard pressed to find another better one anywhere. In fact I can't believe that PCGS actually lists 3 better (PR69 in their Population report)! I'd love to see those other 3 side by side with this one, oh and 9 in the same PR68+ grade? Crazy. It's offered for sale by David Lawrence Rare Coins, they sent out a special price on it of $12,500 last week but I see now it's back to the $14,000 asking price. https://www.davidlawrence.com/inventory/717000 P.S.
