I haven't seen any one post a 2009 Roo or maybe I missed a earlier post,If this is the case it won't be anything new to those that have seen it,And yet this is a very attractive coin with a mintage of 20,000 this is coin 002369.

Silver roo's are always nice. It's interesting to see the difference in contrast between the traditional frosted devices/polished fields of one coin and the frosted fields/polished devices on the other.

The 2009 coin shown above is a Proof, while the one from 2007 is a specimen finish.

You can tell for sure by the obverse, proof the Queen is frosted field is shiny, specimen the Queen is shiny field is frosted.

Have you seen the 2009 Kangaroo at Sunset Silver Proof and Unc $1 issues? The proof looks fantastic.

They seem to be a special issue not available on RAM website but through Downies.
