Hey guys, first time posting here. I want to know if there is any possible value on these pennies here as I hunt for oddities and errors.

Pics included for both down below:

Do you know any collecters that would want these?

The first one might be struck on a defective planchet.
Possibly from the protorim from another coin causing a recessed area before this coin was struck by the dies.

The second one looks like it was struck through a late stage blockage.

you should post these 2 coin into separate topics to keep the conversation straight.
the first coin - what is DDmc? doubled Die Memorial cent? (just making sure) what side do you see any doubling?
I'm not seeing any on it.
On your first coin, looks like a vise coin - somebody pressed another one against it creating the 'lettering' on the rim and the crescent on the fields.

Looks like a die cap on the second coin. What is the weight of this one? (the second one)

again, please post them separately in the future - you can see how I had to id each one to get my descriptipn that I see on them.

I would like to see more of your first coin, all of it not just a sideways partial coin.
Can you start a new topic with this one with better images? Make sure the coin is presented up right, both sides cropped to the edge of the coin.
I can see an impression on Lincoln's shoulder and cannot place the source because we can't the entire reverse side (which I think was used to be pressed against this one.)

It happens all the time until the new posters learn how we like to have coins posted.

After seeing this thread on my PC's larger screen, I'm agree with Dearborn about the first one. Definitely a damaged coin.
I hadn't seen the incuse design elements on the rim.

On the second coin-
Late state Brockage- https://www.error-ref.com/mid-and-l...e-brockages/

(Struck through a) Mid/Late stage die cap- https://www.error-ref.com/struck_th...age_die_cap/

to the CCF The blank is a good find. Not sure between a brokage and die cap.

@Petes pockets:
The Op (at my request) started the first coin on its own topic. There I highlighted what I believe what happened to this coin.
