1996 S Proof Kennedy Half Dollar W/Errors

This 1/2 was just liberated from its plastic prison. I noticed the neck prior to removable. It appears to be a strike through error.
Further examination revealed what appears to be a collar clash below the date resulting in some removal of the cladding below the first 9 in the date.
What are your opinions?

The area on the neck is incuse. The light angle shadow shows this.

By golly John, your right. I don't handle many halves unless pre 65 and rarely study details.
What about the collar clash?

The crease on the neck is normal, it is probably standing out much more due to the great Deep Cameo.
Hard to say what is going on below the first 9, don't think it is a collar clash though, But is does appear that some of the cladding is missing, maybe during the ejection process..

The clash stands out more below the 2nd 9 and six of the date.
