I have a 1992 Russian 3 roubles coin. I believe it's palladium or silver. The obverse has an angel with wings and a trumpet carrying a shield. The obverse also has 19.21 (something in Russian that looks like ABryCTA) then 1991r. The reverse has Bank of Russian (in Russian), a Palace image in the center and at the very bottom is 1992.
, Your coin is listed as Y#317 in Krause and is copper-nickel. Subject is the 1st anniversary- defeat of Communist attempted Coup 1 million mintage and lists at $5.00 UNC.
I paid a lot more than $5 for them hoping they were palladium, but the seller was very helpful and we did an exchange deal on some other stuff instead. Thanks for your help.
