I can't tell if the marks on his head is incuse or raised? Are they raised or incuse? If raised, then they could be die chips. If incuse, it's damage.

I thought it would be clear by the title and the photo. The two outside ones are raised, like cooties (bugs) would look like crawling through your hair, and of course I know they are die chips. And since my joke for this coin didn't get through, the middle spot is incused where they took a bite.
