I don't know anything about US tokens, either -that's probably why I never responded when this was posted some months ago.

I have one of the Triborough Bridge/tunnel tokens (007/008) but I don't know much about it apart from what it says on the token itself; clearly it's a toll token. Number 011/012 is also a toll token.

Number 009/010 is one of those "gas station" medals commemorating US presidents; such medals have been posted on the forum before, such as here that were given away by Reader's Digest.

007/008, using the standard Atwood-Coffee catalog, is transportation token NY 630BD. It was introduced in 1982 and is copper-plated steel. Value approximately $3.50

011/012 is transportation token NJ 570A. Despite the date on the token, it was introduced in 1981. It is Brass. Value approximately $.35

013/014 is called a "flipper" token (heads/tails) -- commonly naked female or other sexual theme such as this one.

003 is a very common keepsake of the 1926 Sesquicentennial Celebration of the U.S. in Philadelphia.
