@Dearborn I opted not to do a close up because the gouge was longer than the field of my microscope, and with the surfaces being so reflective, I was having a hard time getting a good shot anyway. Luckily, doesn't require much magnification to see.

The only 2X2 "double wides" I could find accommodate only cents and dimes. I did find this holder, but I am unfamiliar with this brand.

It looks like it would do the job though. But how air tight is it when it's closed.

Edit: Never mind - it is hinged probably has 2 little ball clips to keep it closed and most likely prone to breakage.
