Notice how the RUS in TRUST is significantly smaller just curious what caused this. Any help would be appreciated.

Greeting`s partly filled cavities in these devices are causing this, as well this Die sure has had some polishing done too it, must be LDS. JMHO

Could be either, but I lean toward die polishing.
