Date Misaligned On Italian 120 Grana Coin

Italian States issue from Naples & Sicily.
120 Grana and features the head of a bearded King Ferdinand II (1830-1859) facing right.
Diameter is 27mm
Coin has a 'orrible cut at 9 o'clock etc.
but the last two digits of the date are misaligned --is this common or an unusual occurance?
