You could show us an image of the edge to see if the foil happens to be peeled back in a spot or two. That way we might be able to tell if it's Dark or Milk Chocolate. That is one bad fake. However, listings like this prey on the less educated collectors. I'm not familiar with this dealer but they seem to do quite a lot of business; as already mentioned, they should know better.
