AU58 minimum. I can't tell if there is slight wear on the leaf above the "1/2" on the reverse.
If that's not slight wear, then 61 or 62

It has seen little circulation, but it has also suffered some very minor, but even corrosion under the patina.
Good Fine, (British grading)

Generally speaking, this particular denomination saw lots of circulation, but curiously, it is relatively easy to find Quarter Anna and One Rupee denominations in higher grades, - the silver tended to be used as a store of wealth among the poorer castes in India.
