Very Old Coin Need Help With ID

This was saved in a paper protector by a friend's grandparent. I've added a photo of what the paper protector had written on it. It's barely legible at all. Can anyone ID?

It looks like it says Alexander the Great 307.

I can see CONSTAN on the left, so it's definitely someone from his dynasty, though IMHO the portrait (and the split-legend setup) looks too late to be Constantine the Great himself rather than one of his successors.

Unfortunately I can't figure out what the reverse is... Tesorillo didn't help much - too many options.
