1982 Doubled Die Obverse / DDO Penny W/ Possible Doubled Die Reverse / DDR & Die Crack Thoughts?

I am fairly new to doing variety searching and have done my due diligence in searching for information regarding what I believe may be a rare find. I am hoping you can provide some opinions/thoughts regarding this find! I found this in a roll of Pennies that I rolled in the 80s.
