That's it for the gold! I hope you enjoyed viewing it as much as I enjoyed sharing it. And now, as a special bonus, my only two platinum coins: 2012 $100 American Platinum Eagle (Proof)

And one final bonus as a reward to those who have stuck with this thread to the end, here's a wallpaper image I created years ago using coins and bullion from my collection (carefully arranged and cropped to make the hoard look a lot more impressive than it actually is): And here's a similar one I did with my silver: FYI, those are 100 gram gold bars in the first picture and 100 ounce silver bars in the second. And, yes, that's a 1 Kilo Mexican Calendario Azteca coin in the second image as well. [Also FYI, although my silver hoard has grown dramatically since I made those images, my gold hoard... not so much.]

The gold image in particular is spectacular! Just a great thread, thanks.

Do you ever leave your house, and do you sleep with a loaded shotgun within easy reach?

Glad you like it, Jbuck! I would have done a third version with platinum except, well, you know...

Quote: you could have cheated True, that. After all, platinum does look a lot like silver and then there are those aforementioned mad Photoshop skills of mine...
