I found this 1959-D RD first year memorial back Lincoln Cent while roll hunting a few weeks ago. It appears to be in pretty good condition. I'm not an expert in grading by any stretch, but it looks like it could be a high AU or low MS. Best of all, it also appears to have an RPM, which is my first - I'm still a newbie at this. I looked it up on Variety Vista, and it appears to be an RPM-001/FS-501 or RPM-009, but can't be sure. I would really appreciate some input from the experienced experts in this forum to help me confirm one way or the other.

Here are the images. They were taken with an iPhone with max zoom through a flip, so not the sharpest, unfortunately. Thank you in advance!

Looks like an RPM. I was wondering if you can take it out of the 2x2 and get a nice close up picture?

Thank you for the encouraging replies so far. It's a little awkward, but aside from being in a flip, I don't actually have a better camera, like one of those USB ones that connect to the computer. Any thoughts on what the coin might be worth, if it were indeed an RPM? It would help guide my thoughts on deciding to invest in one of those cameras. Also, how much do those cameras typically go for? Thank you.

Well first thing is to visit VV and see if you can find a matching RPM to your coin, some are rare, some are plentiful. then you can look at ebay sales on sililr sold coins to get a good idea.

AllSeasons,
What are you using to take pics? The coin is not worth much. USB scope cost as little as $20 and up to hundreds. If you are using a cell phone:http://goccf.com/t/422658
