I keep looking at this coin and go back and forth on whether or not there's doubling under the ear...sometimes I see the markers for the coin and sometimes I don't, I think my lighting is no good. Any insight would be greatly appreciated because honestly I'm sick of looking at this. Please and thank you for any insight.

The big one is more the back of the ear, and not as forward as the mark on yours.

@Cujohn I was thinking along the same lines as you, although I think the lighting or angle of my pictures makes it look different every time
