Looks like it, but your coin also has some circulation flattening too - and because of that it made this one a tougher one to see, so Nice find.

I'm gonna have to disagree. The RPM on 001 shows around the mid section of the S with two overlapping punches. I think people are confusing the little notch in the upper bend of the S on this one, which is just part of the punch, for the RPM. Please elaborate if people are seeing evidence I'm not.
