Liberty's face makes me swoon.

The pics are faithful, except the green artifacts that come from reducing them to 300k. Should be pretty easy to tell the scratches on the plastic from those on the coin ...

Grade opinions?

Are you suggesting that all of the light obverse scratches are on the holder?

It's the deepest scratches (shield and thigh) that are on the coin. Most of the lighter ones (including that vertical one through the calf and ankle) are on the plastic.

What is going on with the birds claws? Is that lint or scratches on the plastic or the coin?

Claw scratches are both on the coin and the plastic. The slab is a disaster. It's as if someone ineptly tried to obfuscate imperfections on the coin by chewing up the slab.

The pics are good enough to work out most of what is going on. But the grade may astonish you.

If I will be surprised, I'll guess PF-64. I can't get a good read on this one. Obverse strike is great, but the reverse left claw and leg feathers are not - or is it wear? My first impression was that it was high AU.
