That is a surprising grade given the handful of prominent marks, particularly on the cheek (and a "+", no less). A beautiful coin nonetheless.

The TPG experience here, leaves me often confused ... I don't see this coin as a 67+. I've submitted IMO, nicer coins that come back 64/65. How can color even be considered in the grading !? Color certainly helps for selling at higher prices, but that is it.
