1858 Philly Half Variety Questions

I did not post this on guess the grade as I can not catch the luster on this coin.
To me it looks AU-55 and is pretty in hand.
This coin is clashed quite a bit.
The platform she sits on is clashed on the reverse with part of the 8 from the date clashed under the E in states amongst other clash marks , die polish lines and what on a 21 Morgan would be like scribbles to me.
Anyone have a clue which variant this is?

Nice coin, I would say that it is a WB-101, WB-13 with a rarity of R3.

Which part are you seeing damage ? Maybe the lighting
I'll look closer at it but seemed normal to me before
