It would be helpful if you rotated the image right-side up and in better focus. And do the same for the heads side as well. That is, the obverse side.
It is a well circulated, pre 1959 Wheat cent, that appears to have been a victim of exposure to the elements after being passed around a while.
Well focused shots of the front and back (obverse/reverse) prove quite helpful in generating opinions, not to mention, proper orientation for the discerning eye.
The dot between E Pluribus appears interesting, but can't tell with this image.
