Coloration is making me lean towards UNC - details QC.

slight weak strike on both sides. buff looks void of any marks. can't tell if something is going on around LIB due to shadowing. look like a small scratch running from the bottom of the nose to the cheek. don't think it would much affect on grade. depending on whats going on the LIB area MS66+ or MS67. unless its corrosion

regarding color - too me it looks natural. when looking at the transitions they seem to be fairly gradual across the coin which typically is not seen in AT coins. add to that the color progression which is typical of natural toning. I'm not a toning expert by no means as I like seeing them but would not pay a premium for them due to how the color ages over time

I think it is a MS-65, +1 for the color, so MS-66+
