Hey all,

It's been a while since last post. Thanks to ADHD I have a bunch of hobbies, and now it's time to get back into coin hunting.

I found this 2020-w MBR quarter going through a couple of rolls from the bank. This is first west point quarter one I found. I know it's low mintage, so it's cool and rare ish. But when I checked it under my scope, something looked funny by her forehead and lips. I'm pretty sure there's some Machine Doubling in the letters, so probably no big deal. But I can find anything like this on west point quarters.

First pic is a detail of 2020-w
Second pic is side by side of 2020-w and 2020-d (Denver on top, West point on bottom.

Like I said looks funny especially on premier coins.

What you guys think?

Thanks

PS I think I posted the pics right, but let me know if any more will help.

2nd and third pic is too dark.Always fun finding a W quarter.Make sure to mark the 2x2 holder that it is your 1st W find and put the date you found it on there too.

It may just be a shadow but on that last pic vs the one before it, look at the hair just to the right and youll see that on the top pic that one strand is much longer than the bottom one. Wondering if it may be like the wisconsin corn leaf

Nice observation, but why you do not study a little bit before the Mint on those days.

Yes you are wright ffrom the point of view of Design. Denver and Phil are strict business strikes. Proof and west Point same Design and pattern. So this it is the difference, in the design.
