What would make the metal on the coin look wavy like that besides Grease? Every time I see a coin with waves in the middle like that it's always been in Greece. What do you think caused it?

Reverse looks like possible heat damage to me. Doesn't look like normal die flow lines.

That might be solder that someone melted onto the reverse then wiped or blew it off. Along with old tired out dies.
