That's glue/gunk, not an error. It looks like some coins were stuck on the gunk. PMD.

I agree it is a substance on the coin that has an impression on the substance from other coins,not an error or variety it is PMD.

Agreed, glue (or something) was placed (spilt?) on this half, and then the reverse of a Lincoln Cent and what appears to be an Eisenhower dollar coin was pressed into this 'stuff' until it hardened then removed. Note the backward lettering on it.
