I have a Edith Kanaka'ole quarter that makes Georges' nose look like a witch, lots of warts and wrinkles, and the letters KA are about 50% filled in with chips. Does anyone know if the mint is processing dies in a different way? It seems like we see so many chips in lots of different places on today's quarters.
