What types of errors on this 1918 straits settlements 10˘?

The Obverse with several letters missing and a V-shape surface peel @ 9 o'clock position.

The reverse with "A" @ 10 o'clock position seem out of shape.

The coin weighs good at 2.7g

The only thing I can see on the reverse is circulation wear and damage from hitting other coins. The obverse, though, looks as though it probably has a lamination flaw, and maybe Struck Through Grease as well.

Could it be a chipped die @ "A" ? Circulation wear and damage could have been on both sides. Weight looks good though my scale is one decimal point.
