I got these at garage sale , there both 1975 but there different tone, one says proof ,other looks silver, see pics for attention, needing info please thank you guys in advance

IMO, both dimes are regular business strikes. Perhaps the one on the left has seen less circulation over the years.

A 1975 proof dime should have an S mint mark. The 1975 No S proof dime is worth a lot and would be one heck of a garage sale find.

Judging from the photo supplied, it looks like a business strike (the rims are not squared).
