Here's another in my collection. Some fogging evident on both sides but otherwise in excellent condition. Have OGP and OCA including small presentation case. Just showing.

Very nice!

The fogging is a common problem. The silver proof dollars in my Prestige Proof Sets (1988, 1990, 1991) all have it to some degree.

Very interesting story. I read all posts and think I see one other slight difference between the coin and the card. It's a little hard to see due to the "Fleer 91" placement but I see a slight difference in the placement of the pitchers left foot.
