Now that is a great looking coin
I put it estimated MS-64/65 range since I don't see many hits on it, and probably looks better in person.

In current times, 1 Pf bronze coins of this period in higher grades are scarce, but they are certainly not rare.
Decades ago, I came across them occasionally in this sort of grade, in dealer's junk boxes.
Nevertheless, this example definitely has it's place in a nice collection of World coins.

At least MS63 BN, with lots of underlying luster.
I suspect the line between PFENNIG and the date is a small strand of hair.

Thank you for your expertises! @sel_69l yes, that's some kind of dust\hair over a holder. The coin pretty much "rainbow shinning" on reverse, looks way better in reality.
