I'm afraid this one might be fake, too, like the ones in your other thread - the reverse has that fuzzy look, with detail fading into the background, that's commonly seen on cast tourist fakes.
The reverse inscription reads (rather blurrily) BASILIWS ANTIOCHOU EPIPhANES - probably King Antiochus IV Epiphanes, the notorious Seleucid king who attempted to wipe out Judaism. His coins are very popular targets for the makers of tourist fakes.
