Designers: Silver dollar: John Mercanti (Obverse) and Thomas Rogers (Reverse) Copper Half dollar: James Ferrell (obverse and reverse) I did not know that Ferrell spent 20 years with the Franklin Mint (as stated on the COA). How 'bout them apples! My uneducated opinion of Franklin Mint products has just improved. Mintage: 1992-S 135,702, 1992-P 385,241 This quincentenary also includes a $5 gold coin which I don't own.
