are you interested in the grade just to learn how to grade the coin or are you interested in the grade to know its value. there are literally millions of these still in circulation so its a common coin. if you are looking at its value its worth 1 cent as the coin is maybe AU area. if you want to know the grade we would need the reverse as well but coinfrog is probably right by calling AU53
