I would have thought that after looking through the world standard catalog for so long that I would have stumbled across this! But I haven't and I'm giving up and asking the forum!

Thanks guys! I started with Russia then worked north along their border from Georgia; I should have headed south and east! I think they did a great job with their national emblem.
