Hello. One Cent measures diameter 20.12 - weight 2.55. They can be considered minting errors or varant.

The diameter should be 19 instead of 20.12.normal?

Nice! The retaining collar wasn't in place when the coin was struck. The planchet was almost centered and the metal flow caused some splits in the copper layer.

The diameter will vary on a broad-strike and the planchet can even rip and split under the right circumstances.
