1997 Lincoln Cent Double Ear FS-101?

I think this could possibly be the 1997 double ear variety. I tried matching die markers and the only one I could locate was the die marker in the R of America on the reverse. What do you guys think?

NOT even close to being FS-101.

Not seeing it. The markers mean nothing if you don't have the variety first. They are there to confirm it. Also, I don't see the gouge in the R.

It does look to me like a double ear, maybe not a listed verity. I would send an email to wexler with pictures.
