Hi I found this coin in my change and it has an indent on both sides of the coin, it's more visible on the Queens neck. Is it an error coin?

No, not an error. An indent like that is most likely applied by some kind of screw clamp or vise.

Hi Macca and to the forum!

Yes some form of PMD (Post Mint Damage).

As a side note, it's always preferable to show both sides of a coin.

This is the other side of the coin. It has a tiny indent on this side of the coin.
