The '26-S is cleaned with XF details and weight is again low. My guess is your scale is reading light because both appear genuine. ANA #R3154474 Report this Post to the Staff

mike31093 Valued Member United States 354 Posts	Posted 10/12/2023 10:56 am Thanks for all the input... Both coins were in 2x2s and the light in the shop was not the best. I had trouble getting a good look using my phone with a magnifier attachment. So my bad for not reviewing them closer. Regarding the weight. I thought if I used a blank 2x2 to TARE the scale I'd get a reasonable reading. As was pointed out to me in another post, this may not and did not prove an accurate method. I popped them out of the capsule and took another reading: 1924 reads 26.673g, the 1926 26.700g. Tried another photo of the '26 with not much better results. Maybe it's just a not so good coin.
