I know that is a "quirate" in silver , itīs the size of a euro cent and itīs muslim/spanish when the arabs were in the iberic peninsula (Portugal/Spain) but I would like to know the sheikh (king) and if itīs a "Portuguese " or "Spanish Quirate.Thank you.

Cannot answer the question about the qirate coin, sorry. But as jlcarvoeiro wrote, a xeque was an Islamic ruler; in English you would say sheikh ...

I know already that is a "portuguese" silver quirate and it was minted by sheikh Ibn Wazir in Silves around the year 1146/47 and itīs worth about 1100 euros.Not bad.
