It's a large date copper cent normal for the year. They did zinc and copper in1982 large dates and small dates.

Yep, this is a large date copper cent. The high dollar one we all hope to find is the small date copper cent.

Mint tolerance is +/- .10 grams. Copper=3.1 and copper plated zinc core=2.5.
