The obverse legend is DN CONSTAN-TIVS P F AVG (Constantius II).

The reverse legend is GLOR-IA EXERC-ITVS, two soldiers with one banner.

The mintmark is SMKB, where SMK is the mintmark and B the officina. This website tells you that is Cyzicus https://finds.org.uk/romancoins/art...entury-mints

If you put that information into Ocre https://numismatics.org/ocre/identify (being careful to use the wildcard * as Ocre includes legend breaks):

Obverse: DNCONS*
Reverse: GLO*

Then select Cyzicus and Constantius II in 'refine results', you get 7 coins.
https://numismatics.org/ocre/result...antius+II%22

The main difference between them is the mintmark - whether it has a dot or a crescent around it. Yours doesn't. You have to click into each to see which have what.

That leaves you 3 coins:
https://numismatics.org/ocre/id/ric.8.cyz.10
https://numismatics.org/ocre/id/ric.8.cyz.16
https://numismatics.org/ocre/id/ric.8.cyz.17

The first two have a laureate bust (wearing a wreath), the last is rosette diademed. There are examples on the pages so you can see what that looks like. Yours seems to be laureate i.e. one of the top two.

The only difference left is that the first has GLOR(dot) on the reverse legend and the second doesn't. I can't really see on yours, but I suspect it is the second i.e. Constantius II GLORIA EXERCITVS, RIC VIII Cyzicus 16, officina B.
