1983- D Roosevelt Dime Possible Repunched Mint Mark / RPM ?

Yes, with you, there are just 1 on variety vista and 3 on wexler pages, but still, new discoveries can be found, right? I don't know if I'm wrong but I checked this coin from different angles under a microscope and it doesn't look like it's a hit. I have found many coins that at first glance appear to have double ears, however when I have examined them carefully it turns out to be a hit. Just in case I'm going to put it aside anyway.
